Dear Bill & World Tai Chi & Qigong Day ,

This is the 6th year the Silver Dragon T'ai Chi and Qigong School has marked World T'ai Chi and Qigong Day in Wingra Park, Madison, Wisconsin. With the lovely weather we had, for a change (usually it has been overcast and blustery cold), 45 people came out to frolic by the lake.

Several different T'ai Chi Schools joined us just before 10 a.m. to go through the Yang Style short form. At 10 a.m. we did some breathing exercises to catch the the world-wide wave of "one breath", then we did some cleansing qigong exercises before doing the animal frolics. Thank you so much for promoting peace and goodwill through this wonderful event.
